IATA-Regulated Livestock in Transit and Packing

We guarantee all our deliveries using

UK-based couriers, delivering next day nationwide

EU customer delivery is available by arrangement

All of our consignments, both road and air freight, comply with all IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations regarding livestock in transit and packing. All consignments of tortoises are packed up to the maximum of 10 specimens per compartment of the same species, in inners, which are designed not to let the tortoises roll over onto their backs in transit.

These inners are then packed in a thermal box with ventilation and a cardboard outer, correctly labelled with livestock and up right arrow stickers. During cold weather the thermal boxes have heat packs inserted to maintain a steady temperature.

All non-EU exports are shipped by air freight via London Heathrow Airport at cost.
